If you are unhappy with any product you ordered, we are here to help.
If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, send it back
to us in its original packaging within 60 days of purchase. We'll
process a refund with 3 business days of receipt of the return.
We ask you to first contact us via email contact@chooserenewables.com or telephone (616-975-4886) to investigate the product performance issue. We find that many product performance issues can be resolved with quick communication. If our attempts do not resolve the issue, we'll even pay for you to ship the product back to us if your dissatisfaction was a result of our error or that of the product manufacturer.
